In her trepidation, she works on Nupur's notes for the project in the night but leaves them incomplete. The melodius performance by gunjan steels the heart of all audience! That night over the date, Diya keeps getting calls-from random woman wanting to talk about different things. She doesn't know what to do next with salsa performance coming in a few days too. She tries different things- a memory boosting concoction, exercises, but finally it's with Gunjan's help that she cracks the code to study.

Diya watches their exchange sihging looks from the wings and gets firm about her plan to spoil Samrat's efforts to bring Gunjan on stage and have her sing! In their conversation they come to the point where Gunjan tells Nupur that she got stuck in the store room before the performance. They have a gala time and Nupur is enjoying every bit of it except for whenever the project topic is discussed. Diya is highly amused and craftily holds Samrat responsible for Gunjan's predicament in front of Nupur.

With every announcement of the couple dance event following next she gets more worked up. Gunjan is worried and she rushes to fore warn Samrat about it.
On the other hand Diya is very curious about the big 'surprise' that Samrat has planned for her on the talent parade day and Uday is totally panicking with the d day coming close-and the glaring truth that there uab no such surprise! Mayank hasn't come as yet.
Aha Chand's recommendation, lands Gunjan a chance to audition for the talent parade. Mayank has already taken the stage! Miss Aha annonces the next event.
She's very happy and he is with a steel cold expression till the dance begins-what follows is a brilliant salsa performance, with its tense moments when Mayank's aggression in the dance leaves Nupur thinking if he's not forgiven her.
On the other hand Samrat is called in the pricipals room before Gunjan can warn him. They perform and leave all around astounded and amazed.
She feels guilty for keeping Mayank in the dark for the same. In the loo, Gunjan takes off on her sister for consorting with Samrat and putting her name up for the Talent parade. As Samrat plays down the situation and runs behind Diya, Aha Chand announces the Talent parade event and names Diya the coordinator for the same. But then being Samrat he works out a plan. He accepts his mistake but when the principal threatens his basketball if he paradee do well in exams this really hits him.

More than anyone else, it's Gunjan who is really nervous to attend the same. Gunjan on the other hand spends her Diwali at Samrat's house.
In the past too we have successfully launched and presented the best in the form of Dill Mill Gayye, Zara Nachke Dikha etc. But as he drops her back home - he also accidently looses the notes he was reading -and Diya sees them! Whatever you may say this girl is a Diva in Morena or atleast she believes that she is!
Nupur loses her patience and calls him a arrogant unforgiving person, they part on a sour note. Nupur overhears this and challenges Mayank again that she is going to prove it in the terminals, that she should go for the pentathalon and beat him too! Diya comes to know about everything; that there is no surprise and Samrat had come to her house not for her but for Gunjan.
Nupur coyly playacts Mayank as he is apparently self-conscious over his behavior towards her. He finally helps Gunjan to escape from the store room. At the college, Samrat reinforces the surprise element for Diya, albeit his reference is to Gunjan which Diya again misunderstands.
Samrat makes sure that Gunjan feels comfortable by coaxing her to join the celebrations by setting up his home along with his friends for the Diwali party. She is all excited, but Diya's mood gets spoiled when she overhears Samrat and Uday's conversation backstage.

After overhearing Gunjan singing in the music room, Samrat runs off to the audition area to inform all about her hidden talent, paraade overstepping Gunjan's pleas of keeping her talent undercover. On stage a worried samrat huum inside the tent and is shocked to find nobody inside. Nupur also realizes that the notes are incomplete but tries to cover up the folly in Mayank's presence.
Mayank finally confronts Nupur about his doubts and she is left speechless and dumbstruck. Gunjan is moved, she feels samrat has done enough for her and now it is her duty do keep her promise!
